James White Library Instruction Program

   Library | Posted on September 4, 2026

The library’s instruction program is designed to enhance students’ research, metaliteracy, and digital literacy competencies. Faculty may request foundational library instruction that develops students’ ability to locate, access, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically to meet their academic and information needs. In addition, librarians provide subject-specific research support through individual consultations, course-integrated instruction sessions, and appointments for both faculty and students.
