Leadership
The main emphasis of every program offered is to enhance your professional knowledge and skills. Graduates of our programs can apply these tools to a career in many different fields. Since Leadership is a job-embedded program, our participants practice whay they learn in their program in their profession. Most graduates advance to higher level positions as a result of their leadership development in their Andrews Leadership program. Others move on to new careers as a results of their increased leadership competence. Previous students have worked in careers including:
Educational Leadership
Graduates of the Educational Leadership program are prepared K-12 educational administrators who believe in effective servant leadership in educational settings. These participants are prepared to serve as:
- Principals of Primary or Secondary School
- Supervisors of Instruction
- Educational Superintendents
- Administrators of Education-related Agencies
- Professors of Educational Administration
Higher Education Administration
Graduates of the Higher Education Administration program are prepared to work in many different administrative capacities in community colleges, colleges, and universities. These include entry-level and mid-management positions in different areas of student affairs such as:
- Admissions and Enrollment
- Financial Services Management
- Residence Hall Administration
