Requirements

  •  Applicants must have graduated from an approved school of physical therapy in the United States or Canada and be licensed to practice physical therapy in the United States or Canada.
  • Two years of experience working as a physical therapist prior to applying
  • Submit the following with your application:
    • All academic transcripts.
    • Therapist license copy.
    • Three references from a physical therapist, doctor or supervisor, and another contact.
    • TOEFL score of 80 or IELTS score of 6.5 if not educated in English.
  • Resume or Curriculum Vitae, including post-graduate continuing education
  • Women's Health concentration applicants: Check Academic Bulletin for additional prior learning requirements.
