As the Dean of the College of Professions at Andrews University, she aims to provide academic excellence and practical business competencies to learners of all backgrounds. Sheila Snyder, MPS, is a business professional and educator with over 15 years of experience in the website design, development, and marketing industries. She owns SS Website Solutions and is a WordPress professional and digital marketing expert. She has been in business since 2010 and is highly sought-after for her website design, development, SEO, and PPC skills. Sheila enjoys sharing her knowledge through speaking, teaching, and mentorship.

As an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Andrews University School of Business Administration, Sheila brings a wealth of experience to the classroom. Active in the community as a Village of Berrien Springs Trustee and Member of the Berrien Springs-Eau Claire Rotary Club and Pickle Festival Committee, she values giving back. Armand Poblete, MS

Armand Poblete is a highly respected instructor of information systems within the School of Business Administration (SBA) at Andrews University, where he has dedicated 18 years to the field. Information systems is a vital aspect of business that focuses on analyzing business processes, designing procedures and protocols, and implementing technology to optimize enterprise-level organizations' performance.

Aside from his instructional role, Armand has a keen interest in disruptive technologies such as drones, AI, 3D printing, and other cutting-edge innovations that have the potential to transform the business world. He is known as the "drone guy" among his colleagues and students, thanks to his exceptional proficiency in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Armand's work extends beyond the classroom and into the international arena, where he has been involved in various projects revolving around technology and business. Additionally, he serves as a systems administrator for the SBA, where he leads technology strategic planning initiatives, designs and implements the latest tech, and manages the SBA's current servers, computers, and in-class technologies.
