Intro to Pay Online

Andrews University has partnered with TouchNet®, a third-party payment service for online payments. After you login with your Andrews login and password, you will be sent to the TouchNet® Student Account Center.

  • If you're paying an account that isn't your own, you will need authorization. Authorized Users Information.
  • If you're paying for a deposit, select the eDeposits tab at the top of the TouchNet screen. Select Current Term, regardless of actual enrollment date.
  • Non-current students will need to re-activate their Andrews password at Username Activation.

TouchNet® Payment Options

►Credit card payments: a 2.75% convenience fee will apply.

  • If your credit card payment does not go through, we recommend contacting your bank for further clarification. Your bank, for privacy concerns, may not share account information with us.
  • For your convenience, we've provided a quick reference table of common error codes and how to resolve them.
  • Consider ACH payments instead of debit cards to avoid convenience fee.
  • Future and/or recurring payments can be set up.

►ACH payments through a US bank checking or savings account: This service is available at no charge.

  • Pay careful attention as you enter your bank information and routing/account numbers.
  • A $5.00 service fee will be charged for any returned ACH payments.
  • Future and/or recurring payments can be set up.

  Deposits and Tours          

  • Both Tour and Deposit payments are able to be made with credit card or ACH.
  • These payments are not subject to the usual 2.75% convenience fee associated with credit cards.
  • After logging in, select the eDeposits tab at the top of TouchNet® Student Account Center. Then choose the appropriate kind of deposit from the drop-down menu. You will select the current term regardless of actual enrollment date.

When making your rent payment, select TERM & HOUSING. If you do not, your payment will not post to your Housing account and may result in late payments and late payment fees. More information is available at the University Apartments Office website.

Despite your child's age or dependent status, TouchNet® does require anyone making payments to a student's account to be set up as an Authorized User. If you have not done this, click on the Authorized User link now. There are some TouchNet® options such as Payment Plans, eRefunds, and some information found in the Announcements section that will not apply to Andrews Academy/RMES students.
