Professor to Present Archaeological Lecture
The School of Religion at Southern Adventist University welcomes TV host, researcher and epigraphist L.S. Baker Jr., PhD, to present an archaeological lecture titled “Raging Bull and Peaceful Hippo” on Monday, March 9, at 7 p.m. in Lynn Wood Hall chapel on campus.
As associate director of Andrews University Press in Michigan, Baker serves as the managing editor of the Andrews Study Bible and the Andrews Bible Commentary volumes. He is a research associate with the Institute of Archaeology at Andrews as well as the Lanier Center for Archaeology at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
