Live on the shore of Lake Chapin, about 15 minutes from Andrews University. This comfortable, fully furnished home sits right on the water, and most rooms look out over the lake. Residents can watch the sunset over the lake from the upstairs balcony, walk the lakeshore path to sitting areas and a fire pit, or relax under the pergola overlooking the lake.
The privately operated residence has five furnished bedrooms, three bathrooms, a shared kitchen and great room, laundry facilities, and quiet, wooded grounds. It is designed for graduate and upper-division students who want independent living in a respectful household that values environmental stewardship and shared responsibility.
Monthly rates: $500–$1,000, depending on room and occupancy. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. Deposit $500.
Transportation: Residents must have a car or other reliable transportation.
