Program Highlights

  • Transitions the clinician to the academic standard of the entry-level DPT degree.

      • Provides internationally the trained PT an immersion experience into the culture of US DPT programs and advances clinical skills through onsite and ‘real world’ clinical practicums
      • Completed in 20 months (includes off campus clinical practicum)
    • Full or part-time interactive online
      • Provides the US and Canadian trained and licensed PT a flexible program
      • Completed in 2-3 years.

Requirements

  • Hold the equivalent of a 4-year United States Bachelor's degree from an approved school of physical therapy.
  • Must be a licensed physical therapist in country of origin or residence.
  • One year of physical therapist employment experience preferred before application.
  • Three references needed: one each from a physical therapist, doctor, and a known individual.
  • Original and, if non-English, translated academic transcripts required.
  • For non-English educated students: minimum iBTOEFL score of 80 or IELTS of 6.5.
  • A portfolio including current resume, continuing education records, and certifications if any.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • On Campus: Internationally trained therapists must have applied for the FCCPT Education Credential Review before starting the program
