Employer Information Sessions allow companies and organizations to build brand recognition with our students and also provide introductory opportunities for networking and scouting of talent. Consider hosting an informational session on campus to share information about your organization and opportunities with a group of students. This option offers a more intimate connection than a career fair and allows for a targeted audience of students with interest in a particular field of study.

To register for an Employer Information Session, complete our Employer Information Request form. On the form, employers will be required to provide a description of the session. This information will be shared by students and used for marketing the event and should include information such as what will be covered, who will be coming, and activities/incentives such as food or giveaways.

Employers may choose from a range of pre-selected dates for Employer Information Sessions using the link here. Sessions are offered at a prescribed time when there are no classes scheduled (Tuesdays, from 11:30 am - 12:20 pm). Please note, booking dates are provided within four, 5-week blocks and must be booked two weeks in advance of each block.
