Students who meet or exceed the following academic credentials for admission to graduate programs are encouraged to apply. Note that satisfaction of minimum academic standards is only one factor in admission decisions. If your country is not listed below please contact the Credential Evaluation Specialists.

Admission Requirements for Master's Degrees
One of the following academic credentials are required:
  • Título Profesional
  • Bachiller superior (Higher bachelor)
  • Licenciado/Licenciatura (4 year bachelor’s degree)
What to Submit into Your Online Application
  • Copias de Certificado de Notas/Calificaciones (unofficial academic transcripts) and 
  • Títulos/Graduation diplomas, and
  • Authorized word-for-word English translation of all academic documents, (unless academic records and diplomas are routinely issued in English by the institution.)
Please note: Applicants who are in the final year of their bachelor’s degree can be considered for provisional admission.
 
After Admission Decision
  • Official final transcripts will be required.

Accreditation Information

  • The Ministry of Education transferred the voluntary masters and doctorates program accreditation procedures to the Comision Nacional de Evaluacion y Acreditacion Universitaria (CONEAU). CONEAU ensures and improves the quality of post-secondary education institutions operating in the Argentine university system.
  • International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) does the research regarding educational systems in Latin America, which allows decision makers to get the most updated and contextualized view for the planning, management, and evaluation of educational policies.

Accreditation Information

  • The Ministry of Education of Bolivia is the government ministry that is responsible for determining the policies and direction of the higher education system in Bolivia.
  • The Executive Committee of the Bolivian University (CEUB) plans and programs the activities that are carried out by Bolivian Universities. It is responsible for preparation, editing and publication of books, documents, brochures, statistics, inventories, gazettes, bulletins, articles and other documents related to higher education issues.

Accreditation Information

  • The Ministry of Education (MEC) is the government ministry that is responsible for determining the policies and direction of the education system in Brazil.
  • The National Council on Education (CNE) is responsible for formulating and evaluating the national education policy, ensuring the quality of education, and ensuring the compliance with the educational legislation.
  • Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais (INEP) is a federal agency linked to the Ministry of Education, responsible for evaluations and examinations, statistics and indicators, and for the management of knowledge and educational studies.
  • Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) is a foundation within the ministry of education to improve the quality of Brazil’s faculty and staff in higher education through grant programs. CAPES is particularly concerned with the training of Doctoral candidates, Pre-doctoral short-term researchers, and Postdoctoral Scholars.
