The registration process is simply this: REGISTER FIRST THEN FINANCIALLY CLEAR

Course registration opens, March 24
Financial clearance opens July 1. You will receive an actual statement of accounts including fees, based on the courses you are registered for.

The following is a simple checklist of things that can be done now to ensure you are setup for fall semester.

Housing: (main campus only)

Reserve Rooms
For community students, review the policy and complete the Community Residential Application

Course Registration:

Confirm Program (undergraduate only)
• Is your major, minor listed correctly in your Student Profile?
• For undergraduate major changes, email majorchange@andrews.edu
View your progress towards graduation in Degree Works
Meet with your Academic Advisor (undergraduate & graduate)
• Register online through Registration Central

Financial Clearance:

File FAFSA (if using federal aid)
Submit Financial Information Sheet (when applicable) for 2025-2026 Award Year

Monitor your status in Financial Aid Self-Service Banner

Important Dates for Fall Semester 2025:

July 1	Registration Central opens for fall financial clearance Fall semester statements available
August 15	60% of out of pocket expense for fall semester Prior balance paid in full
September 3	Last day to drop/add without a fee (drop/add date) Cancellation of unconfirmed course reservations (not financially cleared)
