Who: Representatives from AIG, ASR, Corporate Benefits Strategies (CBS), The Hartford, Pinnacle Insurance Partners, Andrews University Physical Therapy Department, Wellness Committee, AFLAC, Rx Optical, and Liberty Mutual

 

The 2009 Benefits Fair is:

·         an informative all day event available to Andrews employees

·         a “come and go” event

·         Andrews employee spouses are welcome to attend

·         Representatives from our vendors will be here to assist with open enrollment and to answer questions about our;

o   benefits management system

o   health insurance

o   short term disability

o   long term care

o   life insurance

o   car insurance group discount

o   health club reimbursement

 

*Reminder: if you wish to qualify for the 2009/2010 Wellness Discount; please be sure to attend the Benefits Fair on April 15, 2009. At the fair you will receive a Benefits Fair Checklist from a Human Resources employee.   Turn in your completed Benefits Fair Checklist on April 15, 2009, immediately after the fair to a Human Resources personnel. i.e. Katrina Wright or Michelle Wallis.

 

If you will be traveling for University business on April 15, 2009; please contact the Benefits Office before April 1, 2009 to make alternative arrangements.
