At this annual seminar, presentations are made regarding current issues in Nutrition. Topics will include: Nutritional Therapy & Celiac Disease, Nuts and Cognitive Function, Nut Consumption & Weight Management, and Turing Your Life into a Blue Zone. Some of our presenters will include Erin Verhage, RD – Clinical Dietitian at Lakeland HealthCare, and Dr. Winston Craig - Chair, Department of Nutrition & Wellness.
