Sexual Assualt Awareness Month

The National Sexual Violence Resource Center has announced that the month of April is designed as Sexual Assault awareness month.  

To raise awareness about sexual violence, a display in the Campus Center on April 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. will provide community education on awareness and prevention of violence.  Safety and mental health professionals will be available for questions and handouts will be available.

Supporting organizations of this public awareness event include the Andrews University Office of Public Safety, Berrien Springs Oronoko Township Police Department, Safe Shelter, Victim/Witness Services (Berrien Co Courthouse) and Polly’s Place. Each will have information available.  The Andrews Counseling & Testing Center will also be providing handouts.
