How to submit a Maintenance Request:

  1. Fill in the information requested:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email Address
    4. Contact Number
    5. Building (please use the dropdown menu and select)
    6. Apartment Number
      • Please make sure to indicate the apartment letter and number. For example, the first apartment in Garland G would look like this: G-01.
      • NOTE: Single-digit number should include a 0 in front. Also, all apartment number entries should have a hypen between the letter and number. In this way, the program will sort it correctly making it easier for us to find your work order once it has been assigned.
    7. Description
      • Please limit one request per form.
      • If you have two requests or more, you will need to fill out the information listed in items 1–7 for each request (e.g. two times for two requests).
  2. Click on "Submit."
  3. Repeat as necessary to turn in all requests.
