Minimum System Requirements
These minimum requirements must be met on your iOS or Android mobile device in order to authenticate with Duo:
You must have a screen lock enabled on the mobile device which can be in the form of a password, PIN, pattern, a fingerprint/Touch ID, or Face ID. To add a screen lock, follow the directions specific to your device:
