Changes to Google services at Andrews University: Effective Monday, May 9, 2022, any usage of Google services (Gmail, Drive, Photos, etc.) with your Andrews University account will require multi-factor authentication (MFA) will require setting up Google two-factor authentication. Effective Thursday, June 30, 2022, Andrews University will be placing a usage quota of 250GB on all accounts. This collectively includes Gmail, Drive and Photos with AU Google. Andrews University uses G Suite for Education (formerly Google Apps for Education) to provide email and other familiar Google apps to students, alumni and other eligible users.
To get started:
University policies apply to these services. Google upholds a strict privacy policy. You will need to accept Google's privacy policy the first time you log into Andrews Google Apps. Please note that in collaborative spaces within Andrews G Suite, your name and email address is visible to others. For example, when using Google Docs, all users who can access a shared document can see the names and email addresses of any other persons sharing that same document.
