The ITS Help Desk operates the Computer Support Line call center and is responsible for providing technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
Walk-in services for:
• Andrews account access assistance including password reset and help with multi-factor authentication.
• Connecting mobile devices to Andrews University wireless networks.
• Support for Andrews University devices.
• Andrews email systems troubleshooting (AU Gmail and Microsoft 365).
• Andrews University Apartment internet troubleshooting.
• Basic advice on various technical concerns and computing issues.
• Limited troubleshooting of personal devices.
We are unable to offer the following services on personal devices:
• Virus/malware removal.
• Hardware installation, repair, and replacement.
• Software installation and upgrading including reinstallation of operating systems.
• Troubleshooting, repair and setup of wireless routers not listed under the preferred wireless routers list.
• Data recovery and file management services.
