A New Payment System

The new TouchNet OneCard VIP system begins operating on Monday, March 25, 2024. The new payment services will work through your Andrews ID card and, coming soon: the 360u app with an expanded list of services.

OneCard VIP is a campus ID credential, access point, and declining balance payment system. It is also a validated payment application that provides a true cashless campus experience.

OneCard VIP is available to students, faculty, and staff.

Features and uses:

Payments
OneCard VIP can be used to make payments for services such as dining across campus, vending machines, and the Andrews University Bookstore.

Declining Balance Options
This provides users with a convenient, trackable way to add money and monitor spending for maximum transparency and accountability. OneCard centralizes payment and makes purchases more convenient.

Dining Services
View transaction and meal plan history, and make deposits into your account.

This solution impacts Andrews University Dining Services, Andrews Academy, Ruth Murdoch, Andy’s Eats food truck, the Andreasen Center for Wellness, the Bookstore, and other vending areas on campus.

Questions:

  1. Can students pay with either their ID card or the 360u app?
Yes. An ID Card, the 360u app, or both could be used by students to pay.

  2. How does the app make life easier for students? What are the benefits?
360u allows students to view balances, meal plans, and transaction history in an easy to use app.

  3. What happens if you can't get the app?
There is a web application that can be used in place of 360u called OneWeb. This means that no one loses out on functionality if they do not have a smartphone.

Look for more information coming soon, including an online guide to the payment system.
