Students in the Andrews University Department of Music experience a
vibrant musical and learning environment in which they excel artistically and
academically, grow in character and spirituality, and engage in acts
of service.

Students majoring or minoring in music at Andrews will find their
instruction and performance opportunities stimulating, challenging and
enriching. For students that attend Andrews but do not major in music, it
is common to register for private lessons (Applied Music classes) or
participate in one of our acclaimed ensembles (following a successful audition).

Prospective music students interested in our available degrees are
encouraged to contact faculty members relevant to their area(s) of interest.
Information on admissions, scholarships, degrees offered, faculty members,
and performance opportunities can be found throughout this website. For
general inquiries you may also contact our Music Office by email using
music@andrews.edu or by visiting us in person at 207 Hamel Hall.
