Submitting a Maintenance Request

For these types of inquiries, please email By doing so, your request is automatically entered as a ticket into our system. The web team is notified of your request and your request is prioritized for prompt attention. Clients who submit a web maintenance request will receive an automated email confirmation. Please note that this applies to smaller support and maintenance requests.

In an effort to provide timely responses and improved completion of web maintenance tasks for our campus clients, a new electronic system is in place to process support requests.

Examples of such requests include:

  • a broken link
  • problems accessing the university’s content management system (CMS)
  • small changes to a website
  • other general web questions

Large or New Web Requests

For new projects or more complicated web requests, submit an inquiry to or call our project manager at 269-471-6031.
