What we do...

  • We are first point of contact for all Andrews University faculty, staff, student and alumni technology support requests
  • We support all university-owned computers in offices, labs, and classrooms
  • Leverage automation tools to rapidly deploy needed changes to institutional computing devices
  • Support departmental servers and applications
  • Administer, maintain and support institutional computing devices such as desktops, laptops and mobile devices. This may include hardware and software installation and configuration.

Need assistance connecting personal devices to the campus resources?  The ITS Service Desk, located in the Andrews University Bookstore is aimed primarily at assisting students (faculty/staff are also welcome) to Andrews University online resources.
